I am a Singaporean living in Shanghai and have rented a house in Hu Qing Ping Highway, Long Beach Villa, very near to most International school around the area in Minhang.  My house is near the Train 2 line, Xujin station.  As my work require me to relocate most of my time in Hong Kong, I have interest to rent out either the whole house or the rooms to any expat that maybe residing in Shanghai on a long term or short term lease.  My current lease with the landlord is 4 years up to 2020.  I shuttle most of the time between Hong Kong and Shanghai and maybe considering renting out 3 of my 4 rooms in my house.  I can consider renting out the whole house too to expat families.  My house is tastefully furnished so you may consider viewing the house if you like or I can send pictures via we chat
